Think on These Things - Wellness Yoga – Mondays @ 6pm
Offering a grounding experience, 75 minutes of space and time to gently stretch the body and care for the mind as we create a space for being present, finding inspiration, and comfort. Finding stillness, holding long poses supported by props and assisted in relaxing poses, students will be encouraged to focus on calming the body and mind. This class is suitable for beginners and all levels and is considered “restorative” using props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets. Please dress with layers and socks; pre-registration is required due to class room size. This is a gentle “hands-on” class with prop assistance and adjustments. Click below to register!
